WHAT IS COUPLES THERAPY?

As humans, we are made for connection, but sometimes we struggle to connect. offers a nurturing space to explore connection, conflict, and communication with care. Whether you’re feeling stuck, distant, overwhelmed, or simply seeking deeper understanding, I hold the relationship as the client, honoring each person’s voice while tending to the bond you share. I help you uncover patterns, soften defenses, and build more secure and authentic ways of relating.

Couples therapy is a space for partners to reconnect, repair, and rediscover one another. Whether you’re facing conflict, communication breakdowns, or emotional distance, this is a place to explore what’s happening underneath the surface and to learn new ways of relating.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER 

I use an attachment-based, relational, and IFS-informed approach that helps each partner feel seen, safe, and understood. We slow down moments of disconnection to notice what’s happening inside - what emotions, fears, or stories are shaping your reactions. Together, we’ll practice new ways of reaching for each other with curiosity instead of defensiveness, compassion instead of blame.

HOW IT'LL FEEL

Couples work often feels like taking a breath together after holding it for too long. It’s vulnerable, honest, and deeply human. You’ll begin to feel less like opponents and more like teammates again - learning to see each other with softer eyes and a braver heart.
