I am happy to offer Walk & Talk therapy which invites movement, nature, and spaciousness into the healing process. By taking therapy outdoors, we create a grounded, embodied experience where insight flows more freely and nervous system regulation happens organically. Walking side by side rather than sitting face to face can offer a sense of ease, reduce anxiety, and support deeper reflection. Whether we’re gently exploring life transitions, trauma, or just needing a breath of fresh air emotionally and physically, walk and talk sessions blend the wisdom of the natural world with the connection of therapeutic presence.

Using the same integrative approach I use in traditional sessions, we’ll blend reflection, body awareness, and narrative exploration.
