We’ll move gently, at your pace, building safety before we ever touch the deeper layers. EMDR helps the brain reprocess memories; somatic work helps your body release what it’s held; parts work helps each aspect of you feel seen and integrated.
This approach honors the whole of you—your story, your resilience, and your nervous system’s wisdom.
