WHAT IS INDIVIDUAL THERAPY?

Therapy is appropriate for anyone who wants to further explore the self. For folks who need a space to slow down, reconnect, and gently explore the layers of your story and parts of yourself. This is a space to reclaim your voice, soften self-judgment, and move toward a more grounded and authentic you.

Rooted in warmth and curiosity, our work invites you to tend to what’s been carried - whether it’s shame, grief, anxiety, identity questions, or old patterns that no longer serve you. 

Individual therapy is a space to slow down, listen inward, and make sense of your story. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, grief, or simply craving more connection to yourself, this is a place to explore what’s been heavy and what’s been quietly calling for attention

HOW WE WILL WORK TOGETHER

Our sessions are collaborative and rooted in curiosity. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic awareness, and Narrative Therapy to help you explore your experiences through both body and story. We’ll get to know the different parts of you - those that protect, perform, and persevere, and the parts that long to rest, express, or heal.


This work isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about understanding why you are, and helping your inner system find more harmony and reconnect to who you are authentically. 

HOW IT WILL FEEL

Our time together hopefully will often feel like a deep exhale. You’ll have space to be honest without judgment, to explore your emotions at your own pace, and to reconnect with your sense of self.

 

The process can feel tender, empowering, and quietly transformative, like remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
